We want you to feel confident and captivating in every piece you choose from Haven and Hideaway. If something doesn't quite work, we’re happy to offer Haven Credit or gift card for eligible returns–because your next hidden treasure may be just a click away.
Return Window

We have a 15- day return for store credit policy. Which means you have 15 days from the day your order was delivered to return to us for HAVEN CREDIT ONLY

All items are inspected before shipping.

Returns not shipped within this 15 day timeframe will not be accepted.

Returned items must be shipped via USPS Priority mail, or have insurance in Water Proof, Tear Proof packing
Eligible Items For Haven Credit

Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging accompanied by original or gift receipt.

Items must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair or any signs of wear

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
Damages or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting each time before it ships, but if you receive something damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologize.

Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Havenandhideawayboutique@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo to show the damage of the item.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
To Start a Return

Start your return by emailing us at HavenandHideawayboutique@gmail.com with your Order number and the items you’d like to return.

Once Your Return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label. There is a $8.95 fee deducted from your haven Credit for using our return label to cover the shipping cost.

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility and will be deducted from your Haven Credit unless the return is due to our error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed after it was delivered to us. You will receive an email with Haven Credit or confirming your exchange. Due to high volume we may not always email you that we have received your returned package. This is why we encourage you to hang onto your tracking number so you know when it has arrived.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your Haven Credit.

We highly recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. This will ensure you are able to see when your package is received. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on Sale items or Haven Credit. Please see items listed below that cannot be returned for Haven Credit.

Haven Credit Details

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive your Haven Credit via email to the email that was associated with the order that was provided at checkout. We highly recommend checking your spam folder if you do not see your Haven Credit.

Haven Credit never expires and can be used anytime toward your next purchase.

No credit or debit card refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and packaging once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained.
*We do not ship orders on Sundays or Holidays.

If you are needing an order expedited, please email us at HavenandHideawayboutique@gmail.com and we can invoice you for expedited shipping. You will receive an email with tracking info when your der has been shipped.
Shipping Address:
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. orders with unverifiable or incorrect addresses may experience delays. If needed, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping details before you order is sent out.
If you happen to give us the wrong address, you will be responsible for the lost package.
Order Status and Tracking:
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. please note that tracking information mya take up to 24-48 hrs. to update after the label has been created.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Haven and Hideaway Boutique offers flat rate shipping within the Continental US.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or International
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damaged packages

If your package arrived damaged, please contact us via email at Havenandhideawayboutique@gmail.com within 48hrs of delivery and submit a clear picture of the damage so we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
+Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package.
+We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. You can submit a claim online for a missing package through the Post Office/UPS
WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED.
After your order has a tracking number and has been scanned in via UPS or USPS it is no longer under our control. If an order is lost, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
